The Tigger punch ...
I am sure we have all seen it by now but here is the movie of Tigger "punching" a young man.
I think it is pretty clear that the kid is up to no good and Tigger is merely defending himself. His first action is to lock the arm. Then he moves his other arm to push away the kid. The hit to the face is merely coincidence. The kid appears to be in the wrong.

Good that they interviewed the dad and the kid though, I'm sure they're telling the truth.
