So what state is the smartest?
I am sure you already know the answer. Especially since I am writing about it. Why would I mention it if Massachusetts wasn't #1?
Smartest schools list as cnn reports.
Did I mention I was educated by the state of Massachusetts? Perhaps this is why I am bound to be the smartest person you know.
